Sealing Machines for performance and GMP demanding customers in Pharmaceutical,
Biotech, Veterinary, agriculture, chemical and cosmetics industry.
The
machine build on most important of angle travel of ampoules while filling and
sealing to obtain mind of vide deviation of open neck dimensions, width and
ovality of existing glass ampoules available in market.
The
unit build on Stainless Steel quadrangle tube frame and totally closed with
S.S. Coverings in pleasant matt finish. Further large opening available at
bottom side for absolute cleaning.
The
ornament type electrical control panel is lifted from machine for easiness of
process and protection.
Process Operation
The
clean/sterilized/empty ampoule can be directly loaded into stainless steel
angle hopper of the machine. The in line star wheel deliver ampoules, one by
one on moving eccentric, ampoule rack in single’s/two’s or four’s. During the
stoppage of rack consecutively pre-gassing, liquid filling, post gassing,
pre-heating and final sealing / annealing is achieved.
At
the end to the rack, optional in line pusher pushes out sealed ampoules in to stainless
steel tray (Vertical tray) in vertical position.
Empty
washed & sterilized ampoules fed into in-feed hopper from the left hand
side of the machine to receiving rack. The moving rack which moves horizontally
collect one ampoule from the receiving rack and transfer the ampoules to the
machine in left to right in an inclined position through pre-gassing.
Pre-gassing, Filling, Post Gassing, Pre-heating & sealing stations
completes filling & sealing operations. Filled & sealed ampoules are
collected in stainless steel box automatically.

The
